We also strongly believe in transparency and always provide our customers with most accurate estimates when possible.
Please note that prices given prior to a technician's arrival are only basic estimates and can differ based on job type, location and time. Typical price quotes are for standard jobs and locks only and do not apply for emergency, late night hours, weekends or holidays, and do not include our service fee charge. we will always try to give you the most accurate estimate to the best of our ability based on the customer's provided description of the job.
Every job is unique, and after carefully examining the specific job our technicians will be able to provide you with the exact final price for the job. Our technicians will always provide you with an exact written total price prior to starting any job!
Our Typical Service Call Fee Charge is $75
$75 Service Call Fee only applies to jobs within Austin, TX and only for appointments made for M-F 8 AM-5 PM. The Service Call Fee for jobs outside of Austin, and for jobs utilizing our available 24/7 emergency services typically range between $75 to $150. Service Fee depends on the distance, urgency, and time of day of the call. The Service Call Charge is the trip charge for us to come out to you. It is in addition to any charges for the job itself and is separate from the price of the job.
