We take pride and stand behind our quality work. We always strive to provide excellent service and use high quality materials that would last for many years to come. However, like with any service there is always a risk for small problems or faulty equipment that would require us to come back. Such problems most often occur shortly after the service has been provided and are noted by the customer on the day of the service or within a few days of the service. Please know that we are here for you. We ask our customers to reach our to us by calling our office or emailing us if they are experiencing any problems as soon as they can. Do not delay reaching out to us. Any new hardware installation services, in which the hardware is provided by Hulk Locksmith are covered by our 30 day labor and material replacement warranty. Any New Car Key service is covered by our 30 day labor and material replacement warranty as well. Any repair work on locks, ignitions, or car keys is covered by our 14 day labor only warranty. Please give us a call if you are experiencing any issued and will come back ASAP and fix it or replace any new hardware that we provided at no charge. We will correct any repair work during the warranty period at no charge as well. All warranty work must be completed at the same location where the service was originally provided. Please note that we only offer warranty work in our normal Austin Surroundings service areas and are unable to offer any warranty work in other locations outside of those normal service areas. Should a customer choose to hire a different company or individual to fix our work, or replace any new hardware we provided on their own, any warranty will be automatically void and customer will not be entitled to any returns or refunds for material or labor from Hulk Locksmith. 

Due to the nature of our service work, and the fact that in most cases we do not collect any payment until the work has been fully completed to customer’s satisfaction and the charge has been approved by the customer, we generally do not offer any refunds. Refunds will be issued only in rare cases, after we have been allowed to come back out and check the situation and determine that for some reason we are unable to replace, repair or remedy our work. In such rare cases we will provide a full refund to our customers. No refunds are offered on car keys once the car keys have been cut or programmed. All Emergency, Lockout, and Same Day services are completely non-refundable and carry no warranty.
